Todays race at Curitiba was without a doubt one of the best race of our WTCC S2000 Season. From the beginning of the qualifying laps the race was already close and it was suprisingly the same at every start of our Race 1 and Race 2. In the first race D. Erdmann made a false start an got a stop and go and he had to into the pit and lost several seconds to J. Fog which stole points from D. Erdmann. M. Ring and M. Kroyer was fighting for the first place for the first couple of laps until M. Kroyer took the lead for good and M. Ring felt behind and lost time due to bad tires.
The second race at Curitiba had minor faults issues in the beginning and it was a very smooth race where J. Fog unfortunately pushed M. Ring slightly and M. Ring lost several seconds and got a suspension fault in return. But it didnt change the results of the race so it had minor effect on the race. Everyone seemed to have tire problems in the last couple of laps which Curitiba is very well known for.
